The proprietor of a Pennsylvania restaurant was arrested after taking pictures an adolescent who was making an attempt to steal a tip jar, police say.
The taking pictures occurred at 10 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 18, at Hook Fish and Rooster in Stowe Township, in line with the Allegheny County Police Department.
A 15-year-old boy approached the counter and the 39-year-old proprietor started taking his order, police mentioned in a Nov. 19 information launch. The teenager then reached over-the-counter and took the plastic tip jar earlier than making an attempt to go away the restaurant.
